Our IELTS & PTE batches start every Monday. If you wish to opt for 1:1 classes, you can start any day depending on your preference.
I am currently working different shifts, can I still attend classes based on my shifts?
Our batches run from morning 6:00am to 11:00pm. However, if you have changing shifts, you can opt for our Individual 1:1 classes where trainer will be available for you at different times.

If I miss a class, will I get a recording?
We strongly encourage students to attend all classes live so that trainers can correct your mistakes, provide feedback and monitor your progress. Hence, recording are provided only for the reading module of IELTS. All remaining classes should be attended live.
How can I pay the course fee?
You can pay your course fee while booking your slots. We accept UPI, Debit and Credit Cards, Netbanking, Paytm and Bank Transfers. If you wish to pay through bank transfer, please contact us before booking.
What is your refund policy?
To ensure that all students receive a fair amount of individual attention, when you sign up for a class we block out the whole schedule of a teacher for an entire month. Therefore if you opt out of classes, the slot in your batch stays empty, hence our cancellation charges is as follows: Upto 2 days from Course Start Date - 20% of Course Fee Between 3 to 5 days from Course Start Date - 40% of Course Fee Above 5 days from Course Start Date - 100% of Course Fee
International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
How much is the IELTS Exam Fee?
The IELTS Exam fee in India is 17,250 INR and is conducted by IDP India. The One Skill Retake Fee is 11,300 INR.
How long is IELTS score valid?
An IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) is valid for two (2) years from the day you receive your results
When will I get my IELTS results?
If you take Computer Based IELTS test, your results will be available within 3 to 5 days. If you take Pen and Paper based test, your results will available on the 13th day.
Can I retake one module in IELTS?
Yes, You can apply to retake one module within two months after your IELTS Exam. Please check if your immigration consultant or university to check if they accept One Skill Retake scores, before applying.
What should I bring on my IELTS Exam day?
Passport, pen, pencils and eraser. Wearing a watch inside is not permitted, but they will display the time in the room.
How much should I score to pass IELTS?
There is no pass or fail in IELTS. Scores are graded on the 9-band system. Each educational institution or organisation sets its own minimum IELTS scores to meet their individual requirements.

Can I request a re-evaluation of IELTS Scores?
Yes, You can request a re-mark within 6 weeks of your IELTS test date. There is a re-evaluation fees to be paid and If your band scores change, the fee you paid will be refunded.
Pearson Test of English (PTE)
When is PTE Exams conducted?
PTE Exams are conducted few times per month. Upcoming exam dates and test centres can be found here.
Is PTE more easier than IELTS?
Yes, PTE is generally considered more easier than IELTS and the preparation and effort required in less in comparison. However, IELTS is more widely accepted language test and has a greater recognition across the globe.
How many modules are there in PTE?
PTE assesses your language skills across the four modules - Listening, Reading, Writing and Listening. However, the exam structure has 20 question types which you need to attempt.
How long will it take to get PTE results?
PTE test scores are available within 5 days of attempting your PTE test. Most students receive the scores within 48 hours.
How much is the PTE Exam Fee?
The exam fee for PTE Core and Academic in India is 17,000 INR.
Can I take PTE Exam from home?
PTE Core and Academic Exam is proctored in a test centre. Pearson offers a PTE Academic Online Test which can be attempted from home, however exams taken at-home cannot be used for visa purposes.
